Hydraulic modular trailer (full-trailer or semi-trailer) consists of main beam, frame, hydraulic suspension, axles, steering tie rod system, hydraulic system, air brake system and power pack. It has advantages such as adjustable platform height, even axles’ load, small turning radius and convenient reversing, etc. It remains its platform level at sloping condition, thus can ensure the stability of the cargo. Hydraulic combined trailer adopts modular design which can connect other modules in longitudinal and lateral direction to suit cargo on different dimension and weight.

Main features of hydraulic modular trailer

The main beam of the frame adopts WH60 special thick steel, with box-shape structure, high intensity, difficult to be distorted, and it can carry concentrated load.

The combination between modules adopts multi-group connection plates which is universal in foreign market. It has advantages as below:

High intensity to connect, difficult to be distorted.Convenient to be combined, saving the disassembling and re-combination time greatly.

Suspension rack and balance arm is welding structure (similar to European trailers), with high intensity and nice frame.

Steering pole system:

The longitudinal pole adopts double-row pattern, which can highly reduce the swaying when advancing, and bears small pulling force only.

It adopts computer optimized design, which minimized the steering deviation.

The transverse pole adopts fixed-length pole which is easy to replace.

The steering plate adopts multi-hole pattern, without replacing the steering plate when combining the trailer.

The air and hydraulic pipeline adopts fast-coupling which has large operation space, and easy to be connected.

The suspension cylinder is with high intensity and famous imported brand seal parts.

Stop valve adopts famous imported brand which is ball-valve type and easy to operate.

All stop valve, seal parts and valve plates are imported.

Hydarulic suspension pipeline adopts dual pipeline system, which ensures the security of driving.

The connection key pin between modules could adopt hydraulic pushing pin.

It can be combined with European modular trailers.
