Small transformers are loaded and unloaded using a crane. When lifting, the lifting ears on the fuel tank wall should be used, and the lifting rings on the top cover of the fuel tank are strictly prohibited. The hook should be aligned with the center of the transformer, and the angle between the sling and the plumb line should not exceed 30 º. If it cannot meet the requirements, a dedicated crossbeam should be used for hanging.

When lifting about 30 mm, the trailer should be stopped to check if there are any problems with each part and if the transformer is balanced. If it is unbalanced, it should be re aligned and confirmed that there are no abnormalities in all parts before continuing to lift.

When installing the transformer on a trailer, place a wooden board at the bottom and secure it with ropes to prevent slipping or tipping during transportation. During transportation, the trailer speed should not be too fast to prevent damage to the internal insulation components of the transformer due to severe impact or vibration.
