Introduction:

Side-lift trailer with self-loading and unloading facility can fulfill the loading and unloading duty by itself without additional help of crane or forklift. It applies to logistics centers or end users who have business of container loading and unloading and transportation. Side-lift has itself power station, two sets of cranes on the trailer, and the distance between them can be adjusted to fit for containers.
The cranes which are designed with folding arms and single sided support device are driven by a hydraulic cylinder to work. When folded, the hoist arms occupy very small size while they can reach enough height and displacement distance when extended. Also they can move their direction to lift up container for loading and unloading. Hydraulic system can make sure that hoists on two ends can act synchronously to lift containers smoothly and also it can adjust the speed to reduce working hours and improve work efficiency. Container trailer with self loading and unloading mechanism has won CCS Certificate of Type Approval.

· 3.2 Electrical part includes main electrical control box and portable type hand-operated box.

· 3.2.1 Hand-operated box handle is front and back push-draw mode. It is light and easy to carry and operate. Its function is to control cylinder to realize every operation and control engine accelerator. It also can realize to cut over of cylinder speed, over-load warning shown and control. When over-load occurs, automatic stop and keep current state.

· 3.2.2 Main electrical control box has double way pneumatic control valve in order to control rotating speed of engine.
