Tank semitrailer types of the bulk sement

Bulk cement tanker, bulk Cement Truck (BULK Cement Truck) alias cement tanker, powder truck. A car with a sealed cargo box and a self-discharging device for transporting bulk cement. Mainly used for cement factories, cement warehouses and large construction sites, can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. There are three kinds of bulk cement cars, introduced:

(1) gravity cement unloading truck: the earliest bulk cement truck.

It is made of an ordinary dump truck with an airtight top cover. When unloading, the cargo compartment is tilted and the cement is automatically discharged by gravity. This method can only unload the cement below the position of the car, the cement flying when unloading, the falling area is large.

(2) Mechanical cement unloading truck: began to use in the 1950s.

It is the use of the screw conveyor loaded on the car to discharge ash, adjust the height of the screw conveyor, the cement can be discharged to different heights, and can reduce the cement flying, but the unloading aircraft parts because of direct push cement and easy to wear.

(3) Pneumatic cement unloading car: appeared in the 1960s, the use of relatively simple.

The maximum deadweight of this car has reached nearly 100 tons. Its cargo compartment is a tank container, standing or reclining on the car frame. Horizontal tank center of gravity is low, the car running stable, more applications. The tank body is welded with steel plate or aluminum plate, and can also be made of fiberglass. The upper part of the tank has one or more ash openings along the length of the tank for easy filling of the tank. The ash loading mouth can also serve as the entrance and exit for maintenance personnel. The cement fluidizing device is arranged at the bottom of the tank. The car is equipped with air compressor for discharging ash. When discharging ash, the compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom, and divided into fine streams through the breathable layer of the cement fluidization device, and filled into the cement evenly to form the air-cement mixture. Under the action of the pressure difference between inside and outside the container, the cement is discharged along the discharge pipe. Pneumatic ash discharge method has the advantages of fast ash discharge, less dust flying in the sky, the use of flexible long discharge pipe to any height and distance discharge, and can be operated in the open weather.
