What should be noted for safe operation of Shipyard transporter

Shipyard Transporter must be operated according to the correct operating procedures during use to avoid the occurrence of human errors. The safety operating procedures are now introduced as follows:

When shipping rolls, they should be placed in the middle of the V-shaped frame and are strictly prohibited from being overloaded or overloaded.

When placing the roll, it should be stable and it is strictly prohibited to use any fast, violent or other loading methods that may cause a strong impact on shipyard transporter.

Matching use with unwinding machine: When loading coils, the V-shaped frame must be in a low position, that is, the bottom surface of the V-shaped frame is in direct contact with the surface of the shipyard transporter. After the coil is placed in place and stable, move the shipyard transporter to the position where the unwinding machine is loaded. Then, start the oil cylinder and lift the coil into place. Slowly run the shipyard transporter to push the coil into place. After the coil is positioned, lower the V-frame to a low position and exit the shipyard transporter. Repeat this process for use.

Matching use with the winding machine: When the winding machine needs to unload materials, the V-shaped frame must be in a low position, that is, the bottom surface of the V-shaped frame is in direct contact with the surface of the shipyard transporter. Run the shipyard transporter under the coil (aligned with the middle position of the V-shaped frame), start the oil cylinder, lift the V-shaped frame into contact with the coil, unload the material, then lower the V-shaped frame to the low position, exit the shipyard transporter, and repeat the operation for use.

During the loading, unloading, and load operation of the shipyard transporter, it is strictly prohibited to stand on both sides of the shipyard transporter to prevent accidents.

During operation, do not forcefully drag the control wire of the handle to prevent damage to the aviation plug. During operation, do not touch the end stop of the track.

During operation, the shipyard transporter should move slowly and it is strictly prohibited to change the direction of travel or apply reverse brakes at a fast speed.

It is strictly prohibited to use shipyard transporter to lift, collide, tow, or pull other vehicles or objects on the track.

If the shipyard transporter undergoes maintenance, shutdown, or sudden power outage during operation, the power supply to the shipyard transporter and transformer must be turned off in a timely manner.

Carry out maintenance, lubrication, repair, and cleaning of the shipyard transporter.
