Usually, just sprinkle water on the tires in free time. In addition, we also need to pay attention to the following points:

1. The connection between the turbocharger of shipyard transporter and the intake and

exhaust pipes must be tight without air leakage. If there is air leakage between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust turbine, the efficiency of the turbocharger will be greatly reduced, and the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine will rise sharply, damaging the valves and turbocharger.

2. Before starting a new engine, it is necessary to fill the turbocharger and turbocharger oil filter with clean engine oil to ensure that the turbocharger bearings are lubricated as soon as the diesel engine starts. After driving 8000 to 10000km, the turbocharger oil filter element needs to be replaced.

3. Before stopping the diesel engine, shipyard transporter should run at idle for 3-5 minutes to reduce the speed and temperature of the turbocharger, and monitor and listen for the sound of the turbocharger operation. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be shut down for inspection. If the turbocharger rotor does not rotate flexibly and there is a sound of jamming or wear, it must be sent to a qualified repair station for repair.

4.The locking nut of the compressor of shipyard transporter booster cannot be disassembled, otherwise it will damage the dynamic balance of the booster rotor and cause damage to the booster.
