Engine's precautions of SPMT for yacht transport

The recommended running in time of the engine of the modular vehicle shall not be less than 200 hours, the daily working time within the running in period shall not exceed 8 hours, and the maximum engine speed shall not exceed 1800 rpm;

The starting time of the engine shall not exceed 5 seconds, and the interval between continuous starts shall be 2 minutes. If the engine fails to start for more than three consecutive times, the cause shall be found out;

After the engine completes the heavy-duty task, keep the engine idling for 5 minutes to make the hydraulic system fully dissipate heat and then shut down;

Check the battery voltage indicator before starting the engine. If the voltage is lower than 20V, charge the battery or replace the battery first, otherwise the engine may not ignite;

Before starting the engine, the oil pressure is very low, and the generator charger cannot charge the battery, so the oil pressure alarm light and battery charging alarm light should be in the alarm state, and the coolant alarm light should be off;

After the engine is started, the oil pressure warning lamp and battery charging warning lamp go out, otherwise it indicates that there is a fault. Observe the oil pressure gauge. It should be between 100 ~ 400kp. The indicated value of system voltage is about 27V. Exceeding 30V may damage the control system.
