Introduction to self-propelled hydraulic platform trailer

The unit module vehicle can realize multi-mode steering function, including straight travel, straight eight character and 90. Horizontal, horizontal eight character, oblique, front axle swing, rear axle swing, center rotation, etc. Each load-bearing hydraulic suspension of the unit module vehicle is equipped with an independent steering mechanism. Taking the four axis unit module vehicle as an example, the steering mechanism of the four axis unit module vehicle is arranged as shown in the figure. The four axis unit module vehicle is composed of 8 groups of relatively independent steering mechanisms.

The steering power is provided by the hydraulic pump in the power module and connected to the quick connector in the four axis unit module workshop through the PPU. The proportional valve transmits the hydraulic oil to each corresponding steering cylinder. The steering cylinder will extend or shorten the corresponding length according to the amount of hydraulic oil provided by the proportional valve, so as to drive the hydraulic suspension to the corresponding angle. The axle is integrated with the hydraulic suspension, so the steering action of the axle is realized. The electromagnetic proportional valve is controlled by micro electric program. Each axle of the unit module vehicle will rotate according to the angle set in the micro electric program, which meets the steering action coordination of each axle of the unit module vehicle.
