1. In-situ lifting method
①Bracket type in-situ lift
When packing, put the container on the special bracket, put the tractor and semi-trailer under the bracket, use the hydraulic lifting mechanism on the car to lift the box, then evacuate the bracket, put down the container, and the four corners of the box are framed. Turn the lock to fix it, and then drive the car group out. The action is reversed when unpacking. The disadvantage of this method is that some special brackets need to be arranged at the loading and unloading place, the gap between the vehicle and the bracket is small, and it is difficult for the vehicle to enter and exit.
② Outrigger type in-situ lifting
Four independent lifting outriggers are respectively connected with the corner pieces of the container. Since the outriggers are lifted at the same time, the container is lifted, and then the semi-trailer is driven under the box. The outriggers are lowered to place the container on the frame, and then four The outriggers are used to fix the box and the frame, and then the normal transportation can be carried out. The action is reversed when unpacking. There are three ways of outrigger lift drive: mechanical, hydraulic and electric. The disadvantage of this method is that it needs to be equipped with lifting outriggers or self-provided lifting outriggers of the transport vehicle group in the loading and unloading site. The gap between the vehicle and the outrigger is small, and it is difficult for the vehicle to enter and exit.
2. Rear loading and unloading method
Rear loading and unloading method The self-loading and unloading mechanism is composed of electric winch, sub-frame, sliding bracket and corner support wheel. When unloading the truck, loosen the turn lock of the frame, install the corner support wheels on the side holes of the corner pieces of the container respectively, the hydraulic cylinder lifts one end of the subframe, and the electric winch winds the wire rope to move the container together with the sliding bracket.
After the corner support wheel at the rear of the container touches the ground, the sliding bracket stops moving backward, and the tractor pulls the semi-trailer to run at a slow speed until the front of the container touches the ground; when loading, extend the sliding bracket under the front part of the container supported by the corner support wheel. In the gap, the wire rope head attachment hooks the container corner hole, and the electric winch winds the wire rope to pull the container onto the sliding bracket until the entire container enters the fixed position of the frame. The disadvantage of this loading and unloading method is that it occupies a large area, takes a long time for self-loading and self-unloading, and requires an electric winch with a large drag force.
3. Side loading and unloading method
The side loading and unloading method is to install a hydraulic control loading and unloading mechanism at both ends of the semi-trailer frame, and use it to hoist the container on the side of the vehicle to the frame of the semi-trailer or hoist the container on the semi-trailer to the ground on the side of the vehicle. When driving, the hydraulic control loading and unloading mechanism is retracted, so that the outer dimension is within the allowable vehicle outer dimension limit.
The side loading and unloading method is the most common loading and unloading operation method used by the container self-loading dump truck. In addition to the self-loading and self-unloading of the vehicle, it also has the function of stacking two-layer containers and loading and unloading adjacent vehicles. Due to the structural arrangement requirements, the vertical support hydraulic cylinder of the H-type outrigger is installed relatively high, the outrigger cannot be arranged in the same plane as the boom, and the installation position of the outrigger needs to be specially set, thus increasing the length of the semi-trailer accordingly.

The folding boom type loading and unloading mechanism is divided into two types: telescopic outrigger support and retractable outrigger support. The folding boom type loading and unloading mechanism supported by telescopic outriggers is characterized by large lifting height and working range. It can stack two layers of boxes and load and unload adjacent vehicles. It is mostly used for self-loading dump trucks for 20ft containers, and can also be used for self-loading of 40ft containers.
