Heavy-duty trailers should be familiar to everyone, because heavy-duty trailers help people a lot in the industry, and its role is irreplaceable.

Then, in the process of using heavy-duty trailers, how should we avoid heavy-duty trailers with water in the fuel tank? What's the situation?

When the engine of a heavy-duty trailer is working during the day, as fuel is consumed, negative pressure will be formed in the fuel tank of the heavy-duty trailer, and hot and humid air will enter the fuel tank through the compound valve of the tank cover. After parking at night, the temperature drops rapidly, and the hot air entering the water tank cools down accordingly.

Water vapor tends to be saturated, and when it encounters a colder tank wall, it will adhere to the tank wall and condense into water droplets. As day and night alternate, more water accumulates in the water tank of the heavy trailer.

In order to avoid or reduce the moisture in the heavy-duty trailer fuel tank, when driving in seasons with high air humidity and large temperature difference between day and night, fuel needs to be added to the heavy-duty trailer fuel tank at night.

The humid air does not contact the tank wall and it is difficult to naturally condense into water droplets.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of heavy trailers, pour out the water in the sedimentation cup of the heavy trailer tank filter in time, and clean the water and other things in the tank filter in time.
