On Sep. 28th, 2016, main bridge with 22.9km long of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (total 49.968km long)(Portuguese: Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau)successfully run through! Chinese knot, Dolphin and Sailing are the three major signs of the landscape!
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the first time to use the large steel structure in the upper part of the bridge structure, with amount of about 400,000 ton steel, which is enough to build 60units of Eiffel Tower.
During construction process, our S2.43 self propelled modular trailer (SPMT), 120 axle lines (Loading capacity is 36ton per axle line) + 6 sets of PPU to transport 3000ton single steel segment. Compared to Hydraulic Modular Trailer, SPMT has obvious advantages of loading capacity, hydrostatic drive, full range inching and jog function, compatible function. SMPT can realize the synchronous control through wireless remote control to achieve a large tonnage of cargo transportation, large segment transportation and cable tower transportation.
