New development of SPMT

In recent years, foreign manufacturers of Self-propelled Modular Transporter have continuously explored and studied on the basis of the past, and adopted some new technologies to make the SPMT have lower self-weight, better performance and stronger market competitiveness.

New exploration of SPMT

1. Higher axis bearing capacity

Goldhofer's products have made a breakthrough in high axis bearing technology, which has greatly improved the bearing capacity of the axis. Goldhofer's PST/ES-E series products have a single axis bearing capacity of 50t per axis. Their products have good performance of key components such as hydraulic cylinder, suspension, explosion-proof valve, large tonnage bearing bridge and tire, high structural strength of vehicles and good performance of hydraulic system.

2. Advanced frame manufacturing technology

Scheuerle company of Germany has made progress in the research of frame lightweight. Its frame adopts tooling sectional assembly welding and processing technology, with high rigidity, high strength and light weight.

Affected by the broad market space, many manufacturers of special vehicles emerged in China at the end of last century and the beginning of this century. The single axis load capacity of domestic modular vehicles is lower than that of foreign countries, which belongs to light plate series. With the large-scale construction of China's infrastructure and the continuous improvement of cargo tonnage, domestic manufacturers have begun to develop heavy plate series. The single axis bearing capacity of the heavy plate series developed by us has reached 36t, and the performance is equivalent to that of tihpisl series of German Goldhofer company.
